目的通过对尿微量白蛋白测定试剂盒(乳胶比浊法)线性范围的测定,简介试验时能否用增量法(样品量加倍模式)达到线性高点。方法用固定时间法在迈瑞BS-800全自动生化分析仪上对线性范围进行检测。结果该试剂盒不能通过增量法达到线性高点。结论应选择浓度适当的样品进行试剂(盒)线性范围试验。
