Abstract
采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)分别从红雪茶和白雪茶中提取它们的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法定性,峰面积归一化法定量,并和相同处理过程的普通绿茶青山绿水相比较。实验结果表明:红雪茶和白雪茶在组成及含量上有很多相似之处,而和绿茶差异较大。
