Pressure dependence of the Curie temperature of intermetallic compounds R2Fe14B (R = Y, Ce, and Nd)

Stronge negative pressure dependence of the Curie temperature ( T c ) is observed in R 2 Fe 14 B compounds. The values of d T c /d P are pressure dependent in the range of between - 30 to - 100 K/GPa. T c of Ce 2 Fe 14 B is found to be increased by a heaing under a 0.55 GPa pressure.
