手性微凝胶的制备、形态和温敏性研究

Abstract
通过S-(-)-α-苯乙胺与甲基丙烯酰氯的缩合反应,合成出可聚合酰胺类手性功能单体S-(-)-N-α-苯乙基-甲基丙烯酰胺(SPA),并在四氢呋喃溶剂中与功能单体异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)共聚制备得到手性微凝胶。FTIR和NMR研究结果表明手性单体和手性微凝胶成功合成。SEM结果表明手性微凝胶胶粒尺寸为280~400nm,但单分散性差。浊度和DSC结果表明手性单体的引入降低了PNIPAM微凝胶的温敏性。
