Abstract
目的:评估我院抗抑郁药使用趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:统计2009-2011年我院抗抑郁药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等情况并进行分析.结果:3年来我院抗抑郁药总体销售金额和DDDs平稳增长.国产帕罗西汀为我院临床首选药,3年其销售金额及DDDs均居首位.结论:选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)占我院抗抑郁药的主导地位,进口新型、非典型药使用比例呈逐年增长趋势.
