弧齿锥齿开式模锻的分流挤压研究

Abstract
采用刚塑性有限元方法模拟了三轮摩托车倒档机构中弧齿锥齿轮开式模锻工艺,对比了传统开式模锻与分流开式模锻对成形力大小的影响。通过数值模拟结果,分析比较了分流孔直径对成形力大小及坯料最优体积的影响,确定了该锥齿轮在分流开式模锻中的最佳分流孔尺寸18 mm。试验结果表明:凹模中分流孔大小设计合理,数值模拟对工艺试验有一定的指导意义。
