AsAb detected on infertile cows and therapy of treatment with the compound combined AI and MOET for AsAb infertile cows

The cervical mucus of 20 fertile cows and 23 infertile cows were collected for the judging criteria of AsAb by TAT test and then 135 infertile cows were estimated by the judging criteria.All AsAb infertile cows were treated with the compound including PG,antibiotics,hydrogenation cortisone,then devided into two groups-AI(n=32) and AI+MOET(n=21)combined therapy of AI or MOET.The results showed that the judging criteria of sperm agglutination level≥10% and 1/16 diluted cervical mucus were developed for AsAb by TAT test.87 AsAb infertile cows were detected among 135 infertile cows.Percentage of AsAb infertile cows declined from 100% to 64.2% following treated with the compound,and 53 cows among 87 AsAb infertile cows were induced estrus.At last,percentage of 90 d pregnancy and calving were 57.1% and 71.4% for AI+MOET group,and 34.4% and 34.4% for AI group,respectively.The AI+MOET group had significantly higher both percentage of pregnancy and calving than the AI group,respectively(P0.05).
