Design of the 6.5 MHz piezoelectric ceramic filter and technological study

The design principle and manufacturing technology of the 6.5 MHz piezoelectric ceramic filter are introduced.The formula of the filter's ceramic material is determined through modifying(Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3(PZT)) piezoelectric ceramic.The divided electrode is designed and the two-mode filters work well with capacity coupling.Satisfying performance parameters of the filter are achieved through many trials and technological improvement.
