<正>肺隐球菌病(pulmonary cryp tococco-sis)是由新生隐球菌感染所引起的亚急性或慢性深部真菌病。正常人吸入所致肺部局限性感染,一般症状少,不少能够自愈,若因过度劳累或有免疫缺损的慢性病患者(如晚期恶性肿瘤,白血病,长期接受大剂量激素、广谱抗生素及抗癌药治疗等),吸入真菌后在肺内形成病灶,可经血行播散至全身,且多侵入中枢
