摘要
Objective To investigate 1H-MRS features of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) concurrent toxoplasma encephalitis. Methods MRS characteristics of 13 patients(39 lessions) diagnosed as AIDS concurrent toxoplasma encephalitis were analyzed. Results From solid area, edema area of toxoplasma encephalitis focus to contralateral normal area,NAA/Cr and NAA/Cho raised,Cho/Cr and MI/Cr declined gradually. There were statistical differences of NAA/Cr,NAA/Cho between values of edema area and contralateral normal area and between solid area of focus and contralateral normal area,as well as of NAA/Cho,MI/Cr between values of edema area and solid area of focus(all P0.05).The difference of MI/Cr comparison value of solid area to contralateral area was statistical within the group of AIDS concurrent toxoplasma encephalitis. Conclusion MRS can provide metabolic information for diagnosis of AIDS concurrent toxoplasma encephalitis, and is a supplement of routine MRI,but has limited specificity.
