Abstract
<正>患者,男,20岁,因行走时摔伤致双髋部疼痛、活动受限2d于2009年1月13日入院。患者曾于7年前因反复腹泻、水肿而入当地医院治疗,当时未能明确诊断,经入院对症治疗后,腹泻、水肿无明显改善,未能明确诊断而出院。患者出院后时有腹泻及水肿,因一直能耐受,而未再医治。1年前因腹泻、水肿症状明显加重,经消化道胶囊内镜及放射性核素检查,诊为"原发性小肠淋巴管扩张症"。入院经低脂、高蛋白、中链三酰甘油(MCT)饮食治疗及对症治疗,症状明显缓解,患者因经
