Abstract
目的:探讨不同方法治疗先兆流产的疗效.方法:采用口服多力玛(服药组)和肌内注射绒毛膜促性腺激素+黄体酮(肌注组)治疗先兆流产200例并对比观察其疗效.结果:服药组有效率为92%,肌注组为91%,两组间无显著性差异.结论:口服多力玛与肌内注射黄体酮加绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗先兆流产均有良好疗效.但口服治疗较方便可行,而且患者能得到较好的休息,避免肌内注射引起的疼痛,所以多力玛治疗更具有可行性.
