摘要

A design of promising two-dimensional position sensitive photodetector is proposed.Positional parameter of light-spot is measured according to the operating principle of one-dimensional position sensitive photodetector,and the polar coordinates of it is gained.This photodetector,with a!special structure of plane curve photosensitive surface,is widely applied in military and civil fields.
