模型验证是群体药代动力学研究的重要内容,自举法(bootstrap)是一种内部验证方法 .WFN(wings for NONMEM)是基于自举法原理编写的与NONMEM联合使用的外壳脚本程序.使用WFN自举验证包括稳健率、点估计和95%置信区间估计3个部分.文中举例介绍WFN在NONMEM法群体参数验证中的应用,表明WFN是用于NONMEM法群体药代动力学模型验证的简便实用程序.
