慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单核细胞中FasL表达

Abstract
目的:检测慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者外周血单核细胞中的FasL的表达,探讨HBV诱导外周血单核细胞凋亡的可能作用机制.方法:PCR检测外周血单核细胞中HBV-DNA,流式细胞术检测凋亡,蛋白印迹检测FasL表达.结果:30例慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单核细胞中共检出HBV-DNA阳性24例,阴性6例.阳性组凋亡率为(38.14±5.23)%,阴性组凋亡率为(22.37±6.47)%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).阳性组FasL表达明显高于阴性组.结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单核细胞中FazL高表达可能参与HBV诱导外周血单核细胞凋亡.
