Abstract
循环流化床(CFB)锅炉具有良好的煤种适应性和变负荷能力,但其热惯性和迟滞性大,参数间耦合性强,使机组难以投入自动控制功能.为此,以哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司生产的330 MW CFB机组为控制对象,在保证其运行过程中物料、热量及机、炉间能量平衡等的基础上,优化主要模拟量控制系统.该控制系统优化后,提高了燃料量变化对主蒸汽压力偏差的响应速度,克服了主蒸汽压力、床温、床压的强耦合性、大惯性、非线性,平衡了双支腿形双布风板结构CFB锅炉的温度和床压.
