Abstract
目的 探讨原发性肝癌TACE治疗并发症的预防及处理.方法 回顾522例行TACE治疗的病例资料.结果 术后发烧者6例,恶心呕吐者16例,上腹疼痛腹胀者10例,穿刺点皮下血肿3例,过敏性休克者1例,肝肾功能损害12例,呃逆1例,高血糖1例.结论 严格按照TACE治疗适应症及禁忌症,合理使用化疗及栓塞药物,仔细操作,可减少并发症的发生.
