摘要
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical characteristics of pathogenic bacteria causing nongorcoccal urethritis and genital tract infections and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the drug resistance so as to accumulate experience to guide the clinical treatment.METHODS By means of retrospective survey combined with prospective study, the clinical data of 5643 patients with nongorcoccal urethritis and genital tract infections were collected, and the statistical analysis was performed by SAS 6.12 software.RESULTS A total of 7765 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, including 4275(55.05%) strains of Mycoplasma and 3490(44.95%) strains of Chlamydia. The drug resistance rate of the isolated pathogens to tetracycline was the lowest(1.15%),followed by minocycline(16.10%) and doxycycline(25.58%),the drug resistance rates to ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, sparfloxacin, azithromycin, erythromycin, and claritromycin were higher than 50.0%.CONCLUSION It is necessary to focus on the morning of nongorcoccal urethritis and genital tract infections and to select the sensitive antibiotics on the basis of secretion culture and the result of drug susceptibility testing.
