学生学业成就表现是衡量学校教学质量的重要指标。本文在对云南省德宏州两个边境县的十几所乡镇、村级民族中小学进行实地调查的基础上,主要对少数民族学生的学习状况及其原因进行分析,并对民族中小学生学业质量的提高在管理、学术和教育层面上提出几点建议。
