Abstract
主动脉夹层是指循环血液从主动脉内膜撕裂处进入主动脉中膜,使中膜分离,并沿主动脉长轴扩展,形成主动脉壁的两层分离状态的一种致命性疾病.主动脉瘤是主动脉壁局部或弥漫性的异常扩张,压迫周围器官而引起症状.主动脉中层退行性病变或中层囊性坏死是发病基础.二者均系心血管的急危重症,临床表现复杂,病死率高.我科近期诊治主动脉夹层压迫右肺动脉主干1例.报道如下.
