中药生地马钱丸配合来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效及安全性

Objective To explore the use of traditional Chinese medicine raw land the Nux pill with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),the clinical efficacy and safety,to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 92 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients treated in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,control group 46 cases,given leflunomide;experimental group of 46 cases,given herbal habitat the the Nux pill with the leflunomide treatment were compared to patient outcomes.Results The SPSS statistical analysis,the experimental group patients total 34 cases,accounting for 80.95%;the control group patients total 24 cases,accounting for 57.14%;the experimental group,the total effective rate was significantly higher,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significance.Conclusion Chinese medicine habitat Nux pill can improve the treatment with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),good patient tolerance,it is worth to promote the use in clinical.
