Abstract
对头发中提取L-精氨酸的工艺条件进行了研究,考察了头发水解条件、沉淀剂的种类及用量、pH值、氯离子浓度、温度等因素对L-精氨酸提取率的影响。实验结果表明:在pH值为10,温度为0℃,氯离子浓度为2.1mol/L,2mL苯甲醛作沉淀剂的条件下,15g头发中L-精氨酸的提取率为13.2%。
