微通道内液液两相流流型

Abstract
利用高速摄像仪观测了环己烷-水在对流T形、Y形微通道内液液两相流流型。以水为连续相、环己烷为分散相,观测到了滴状流、弹状流和平行流3种流型,考察了微通道尺寸、液体入口角度及流速对流型的影响。随着微通道深宽比的减小,流型转换线整体向右移动;随着两相流进口角度的减小,平行流形成的区域变大,弹状流形成的区域变小,当角度为60°时,没有观察到弹状流。以两相流的表观速度为坐标轴绘制了流型图,给出了流型转化线,并与已有文献进行了对比。
