The study actuality of bile reflux's diagnosis and nosogenesis

There are a number of studies about bile reflux's disease published in the past few years.In this article,we reviewed the findings of these studies.It is well-known that most patients with bile reflux have gastrointestinal tract motor dysfunction,and some gut hormones also take part in the morbility.The bile reflux caused by biliary system diseases and cholecystectomy is also studied extensively.However,there is not a final conclusion about the nosogenesis of bile reflux.This review summarizes bile regurgitation's diagnosis and detection and nosogenesis.
