电磁辐射对雄性生殖影响的研究已有50多年的历史,越来越多的结果显示,一定剂量的电磁辐射具有明显雄性生殖损伤效应,可引起生精细胞结构与功能的损伤,其发生机制与能量代谢障碍、脂质过氧化、凋亡相关基因及蛋白异常表达、DNA损伤等相关,本文就此方面的研究进展进行了综述.
