Abstract
目的探讨神经节苷酯联合高压氧治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫的临床效果.方法128例痉挛型脑瘫患儿分为神经节苷酯联合高压氧治疗的治疗组(n=70)和胞二磷胆碱治疗的对照组(n=58),治疗组根椐年龄大小分为6~12个月组(n=38)和1~3岁组(n=32).治疗前后采用 Ashworth 量表、功能独立性测量(FIM)进行评定.结果治疗组治疗后 Ashworth 量表、FIM 评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组中6~12个月组明显优于1~3岁组(P<0.01).结论神经节苷酯联钠联合高压氧治疗能改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌张力与日常生活活动能力.年龄越小,效果越好.
