Modeling optimization of the demonstration VR system based on VRML.

The real-time and interactive performance of VRML model is necessary for demonstration program. However, the real-time performance requires large file size, and this maybe degree the real-time performance. A method for optimization modeling of the VR (Virtual Reality) system based on features of VRML and panoramic image technology is proposed. Firstly, the design architecture of VR system using model view controller is introduced. Secondly, VRML language structure and description, programming language are respectively optimized in the modeling layer. Finally, real scenes and interaction are optimized using virtual and comprehensive stitching technology in the graphics and control layer, Simulations show that this method can decrease the capacity of system files and strengthen the interactive performance. © 2011 IEEE.
