虾夷砂海星化学成分的研究

Abstract
为了研究虾夷砂海星(Luidia yesoensis Goto)的化学成分,采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱分离纯化,得到了4个化合物.通过与已知化合物的核磁数据比对,这4个化合物分别鉴定为3β-羟基-胆甾-7-烯(1)、2,3-二甲基-4-羟基-2-壬烯-4-内酯(2)、2,3-二甲基-4-羟基-2-庚烯-4-内酯(3)以及3-十八烷氧基-1,2-丙二醇(4),其中化合物1为甾体类化合物,化合物2和3为呋喃衍生物.化合物1~4均为首次从虾夷砂海星中分离得到.
