摘要
Objective A surveillance study was performed in Pseudomonas aeruginosa to investigate the change of antimicrobial resistance,so as to provide basis for clinical antibiotic selection. Methods K-B test was used for the antibiotics susceptibility test and the results were read based on National committee for Clinical Laboratory standards(NCCLs).Results The drug resistance rates of P.aeruginosa were increased rapidly by years. Those antibiotics such as amikacin、imipenem、cefoperazone/sulbactam、cefepime、ciprofloxacin were very effective to P.aeruginosa with the drug-resistant rate below 20%.Conclusion P.aeruginosa is drug-resistant to common antibiotics. With the patient infected by P.aeruginosa,it should be first treated experientially by amikacin、imipenem、cefepime、cefoperazone/sulbactam、ciprofloxacin,et al.
