除尘风机故障诊断及风机自身振动标准的制定

Abstract
利用CSI2130振动分析仪,对转运站除尘风机轴承的振动数据进行幅域、频域分析,结果表明,轴承安装错误是导致轴承寿命降低的主要原因,绝对标准ISO2372不能对该风机的故障给出客观的评价。引入Peakvue峰值,并依据风机工况,制定了符合该风机自身振动评价标准。
