白云石基脱硫剂的热力学研究

Abstract
针对钢铁行业中采用镁基脱硫剂的不足,提出白云石基脱硫剂的概念,对这种脱硫剂进行热力学方面的研究.研究表明:采用金属热还原煅白生成镁来脱硫,在热力学上难以实现,需要高于1 443℃的温度,但不同温度下在脱硫剂中加入一定量的铝和四氧化三铁能够使整个脱硫体系的温度上升,在热力学上有利于金属热还原反应的进行;在1 350℃时白云石基脱硫剂的成份配比:煅白为65%,铝质还原剂为19.6%,发热剂为15.4%.
