The efficiency of electro-mechanical energy conversion in ultrasonic motor driving system was much lower than it in traditional motor systems.Low efficiency became one of the problems that restricted the motor's application.This paper summarized the research on the maximum efficiency control of ultrasonic motor.Then the work in the future was discussed.
