General Plane Cam Surface Induction Hardening Engine Bed Research and Design

The design of induction hardening machine,induction loop and how to realize the relative velocity between the workpiece constant issues were studied.In order to set an example analysis of quenching machine cam movement,with the broken line instead of curves,complex cam profile suitable to simplify the establishment of motion parameters between the mathematical model,use the advanced motion control card control of an induction loop,and the movement between the cam to achieve two relative speed between those who remain basically unchanged.
