摘要
OBJECTIVE To understand the species and antimicrobial resistance of pathogenic bacteria causing surgical infections in county hospitals and adopt the effective intervention measures to prevent and control the nosocomial infections.METHODS The statistical data of patients with surgical nosocomial infections were collected and investigated. The infective specimens were collected by the aseptic technique to send to inspect immediately.Referring to National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures, bacterial isolating and cultivation were carried out.The drug susceptibility testing was performed by KB methods recommended by CLSI.The testing results were assessed. The WHONET 5.4-5.5software was used to analyze the data.RESULTS The gram-negative bacilli(65.0%)predominated in 331strains of pathogens causing the surgical infections, followed by gram-positive cocci(28.4%)and fungal(6.6%).The isolating rates were as followed:Pseudomonas aeruginosa(21.8%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(18.4%),Staphylococcus aureus(15.7%),Acinetobacter baumannii(11.8%),and Escherichia coli(10.3%).The drug susceptibility testing results indicated that except for 100.0% of sensitivity rate of carbapenem antibiotics against Enterobacteriaceae and of glycopeptide antibiotics against S.aureus, the other pathogenic bacteria had more severe antimicrobial resistance. The isolating rate of ESBLs-producing strains was 45.3%,the methicillin-resistance S.aureus(MRSA)40.4%,the imipenem-resistant P.aeruginosa11.1%,and imipenem-resistant A.baumannii 15.4%.CONCLUSION The antimicrobial resistance of pathogenic bacteria causing surgical infections is increasingly severe. The effective intervention measures should be taken to restrain the increasing tendency of antimicrobial resistance.
