Abstract
The new interaction potential with tan2x form is leaded to describe the motion behavior of an hole in the superlattice quantum well.In the frame of quantum mechanics,Schrodinger equation to describe the hole motion is reduced to the hypergeometric equation by this potential.The eigenvalue and the eigefunction of the system are calculated exactly by using the parameters of the system and the hypergeometric function.It shows that level number and transition energy are related to the system parameters.Thus,the material with the variable photo-electrical properties might be obtained only if properly regulating parameters of the quantum well.
