微波辅助-FIA-CL法快速比较瓜果皮浸提液的体外抗氧化活性

Abstract
为建立一种快速比较瓜果皮浸提液体外抗氧化能力的新方法,用微波辅助快速浸提样品,利用碱性鲁米诺-过氧化氢-铬流动注射化学发光体系,依据瓜果皮浸提液中抗氧化活性物质对过氧化氢的抑制作用,在优化的最佳条件下进行测定,计算其抑制率.结果表明:15种样品的抑制率为15.68%～44.24%,其中橘子皮的抗氧化活性最高,香蕉皮最低.
