Abstract
以小麦叶片为研究对象,比较了直接研磨法和95%乙醇浸提法提取叶绿素的效果,研究光照条件下添加抗坏血酸(Vc)、山梨酸钾对叶绿素稳定性的影响。结果表明:95%乙醇浸提法比直接研磨法得到的叶绿素量多;小麦叶绿素的光稳定性较差;不同浓度的Vc、山梨酸钾对叶绿素的稳定性的影响效果不同,加入0.02%和0.08%Vc可以维持较高浓度的小麦叶绿素含量。
