The Effect of Surfactant on the Properties of Ti/IrO_2+Ta_2O_5 Anode

摘要
The anodes of Ti/IrO2+Ta2O5were prepared by thermal decomposition and Pechini method respectively.The microstructure and electrochemical properties of the anodes were studied with SEM,potentiodynamic polarization,cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and accelerated life test.The results indicate that the appropriate surfactant(SDS)can improve brushing performance and surface quality.As compared with the anode prepared by using traditional method of thermal decomposition,the oxide anode prepared by Pechini method presents many large cracks,large electrochemically active surface area and high electrocatalytic activity for oxygen evolution,but low stability.
