Abstract
目的 了解妊娠晚期妇女凝血功能多项指标及D-二聚体(DD)检测的临床意义.方法 采用日本Sys-mex CA-1500全自动血凝仪检测122例晚期妊娠妇女与80例健康非孕妇女凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)与D-二聚体(DD).结果 妊娠晚期妇女PT、APTT和TT均较对照组明显缩短(P＜0.01).FIB、DD均明显增高(P＜0.01).结论 妊娠晚期妇女血液凝血程度明显高于非孕对照组,处于高凝状态,易发生DIC.
