Study on Melting Temperature of CaF_2-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaO-MgO Slag

In order to research the effects of CaF2-SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO slag composition on the melting temperature,the slag samples was prepared by quadratic orthogonal rotary regression.The slag melting temperature was measured by hemisphere method with the melting characteristic measuring apparatus(CQKJ-Ⅱ).The regression calculation equation on melting temperature was established according to the melting temperature analysis using regression analysis method,then the influence of oxide on the CaF2-based refining slag melting temperature was studied.The results show that when the content of CaF2is from 10% to 70%,the interaction of the component has significantly influence on the melting temperature of slag.
