Abstract

In this paper results are presented from the experimental studies of the dynamics of dust grains in the plasmas of an rf capacitive discharge and a de glow discharge. The pair correlation function, temperature, and diffusion coefficient of dust grains are measured in a wide range of the dusty plasma parameters. Experimental observations of vortices in dc-glow discharges and results of the experimental studies of the laminar dusty plasma flow are presented.
