摘要
The immune modulation of Alpine Trametes lactinea Berk.Polysaccharide(Alpine-TLBP) on immunosuppressed mice induced by dexamethasone(Dex) was investigated. An immunosuppressed murine model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of Dex.Mice that were divided into five groups: blank control group, model group,Alpine-TLBP high-dose(200 mg·kg-1),middle-dose(100 mg·kg-1) and low-dose(50 mg·kg-1) groups.Alpine-TLBP was orally administrated.Thymus and spleen index were determined by weight.Celiac macrophage phagocytic index and phagocytic rate were determined by chicken red blood cell(CRBC) assay. The result showed that, after 7 days administration, compared with model group,in the middle and high dose,Alpine-TLBP could significantly increase thymus indices and spleen indices,as well as celiac macrophage phagocytic index and phagocytic rate.It was concluded that Alpine-TLBP,a natural polysaccharide possessing pronounced immunoregulation activity, acted against immunosuppression induced by Dex.
