Abstract
以麦德鲁姆酸和β-丙氨酸为原料,通过Hantzsch反应,合成系列10-取代芳基-3,4,6,7,8,10-六氢吡啶[4,3-b][1,6]萘啶-1,9(2H,5H)-二酮化合物,该反应原料价廉易得,反应条件温和,反应时间较短并具有良好的产率(73%-91%).所得产物的结构经IR1、HNMR1、3CNMR和元素分析测定与其结构相吻合.
