Abstract
以小麦温光型细胞核雄性不育系C050S为材料,研究了生长素、赤霉素、脱落酸和乙烯调控对小麦温光敏核不育系育性转换的影响.结果表明,在育性敏感期用外源IAA,GA3和ABA处理温光敏核雄不育小麦的不育株和可育株,其花粉育性和自交结实率都有不同程度的提高,可以降低不育植株的不育度,提高可育植株的可育度;用乙烯利(CEPA)和氨基乙氧基乙烯基甘氨酸(AVG)处理调控乙烯水平可以显著地改变温光敏核雄不育小麦的育性.
