Abstract
为实现效益最大化,马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司第一钢轧总厂120t转炉采用高铁水比冶炼低碳低磷系列钢种时,应用烟气分析动态控制和矿石加生烧温控技术,解决因热量富余而产生的成分温度波动大、喷溅机率高、终点命中率低等问题,实现出钢钢液中w(P) ＜0.015％,终点C-T双命中率达91.2％,石灰等渣料消耗从87.1 kg/t降低到79.5 kg/t以下,吹损率从10.3％降低到8.7％以下,成本及消耗降低的良好效果.
