Abstract
A simple and practical sin-wave inverter carried on vehicle is presented. In the control circuit, the sin-wave generator with weighted resistor network, and the special control-chip UC3637 are used to produce SPWM wave, which reaches the power switch gate of inverter through high voltage floating driver IR2110. Experimental results show, the output voltage waveform is quite good, the performance meets the requirement. It is remarkable that the structure is simple, the cost is low and the reliability is high.
