摘要
Purpose To investigate the effects of VEGF-C and VEGF-D on proliferation of human lymphatic endothelial cells and explore mechanism of lymphangiogenesis induced by VEGF-C and VEGF-D.Methods The human lymphatic endothelial cells were cultured in vitro.Cells had been purified at the third passage. After stimulation with recombinant human VEGF-C(rhVEGF-C),rhVEGF-D,rhVEGF-C+rhVEGF-D,the proliferation of cells was compared in each group at last. Results The human lymphatic endothelial cells cultured in vitro has significantly proliferated after adding reagents. The proliferation rate of VEGF-D group was(54.2±4.35)%,the proliferation rate of VEGF-C group was(62.5±5.67)% and in VEGF-C+VEGF-D group it was(74.3±5.08)%.They all had significant difference to the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The supernatant of human recombinant VEGF-C and human recombinant VEGF-D cell cultured promote proliferation of lymphatic endothelial cells.
