Abstract
肝内胆管细胞癌(PCC)是肝脏原发恶性肿瘤,仅次于肝细胞癌,它起源于二级胆管在内的末梢侧肝内小胆管,约占所有胆管细胞癌的10%,早期发现和诊断具有重要的临床意义.作者回顾分析本院1998至2004年间手术及病理证实的16例PCC的CT表现,探讨其CT特征及在与肝内其它病变鉴别的意义.
