Abstract
目的:回顾性分析锁骨骨折的外科治疗.方法:我科自2005 - 07 - 2010 - 07收治锁骨骨折患者62例,对其中42例手术治疗和20例非手术治疗的临床资料进行比较分析、总结.结果:术后随访2～5个月,平均3.8个月,除外观及术后早期活动时间有差异外,骨折均为骨性愈合,肩关节功能良好等方面2组无差异.结论:手术治疗锁骨骨折是可行的,但要求手术过程轻柔细致,骨折应尽量解剖复位,牢固内固定,术后早期进行保护性功能锻炼,预防骨折不愈合的发生.
