Advances in the Methods of Rapid Determination for Heavy Metals

It is well-known that there is potential risk of heavy metals to human health and environment.Heavy metals in very low concentration can give rise to a high toxic effect.Recently, as the problem of heavy metal pollution becomes more and more serious, for which have great concern on the part of food, medicine and environment, studies on methods of rapid determination of heavy metals are constantly increasing.These methods consist of enzyme analysis, immunoassay, biochemical sensor and test strip.This paper reviewed the principle of methods, research, determined ion, limit of detection and its application.The development directions and problems were discussed.
